WASHINGTON — U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and U.S. Sen. Joe Donnelly (D-Ind.) issued the following joint statement regarding the expected House vote Tuesday on the Johnson-Donnelly right to try bill, S.204.
“Many people have worked tirelessly on behalf of terminally ill patients and their families to see right to try become law. The Senate passed right to try unanimously last August. We look forward to the House taking up and passing S.204 tomorrow.”
