Ranking Member Johnson and Chairman McCaskill’s Letter to the Corps

Today, Ranking Member Johnson, and Chairman McCaskill sent a letter to the Army Corps of Engineers requesting a meeting to discuss how the Corps has handled wetland permits and the issue of flooding as identified in the Flood Control Act of 1965. Ranking Member Johnson, and Chairman McCaskill raised serious concerns about the management, oversight, and effectiveness of these programs.
