CANCELLED: Alleged Misconduct by the Inspector General of the Department of Homeland Security

The purpose of the hearing was to investigate allegations made against Mr. Charles Edwards, Deputy Inspector General at the Department of Homeland Security.  These allegations included a failure to uphold the independence and integrity of the DHS OIG office, the abuse of agency personnel and resources for personal benefit, and improper favoritism, retaliation and destruction of records.
