Today, Chairman McCaskill requested that the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) review the State Department’s Justice Sector Support Program (JSSP) and other rule of law programs in Afghanistan. Chairman McCaskill raised serious concerns about the management, oversight, and effectiveness of these programs.
