Senator Portman Asks HHS About Public Relations Contracts

As part of the Subcommittee’s ongoing oversight of public relations and advertising contracts, Ranking Member Portman wrote to the Department of Health and Human Services requesting information regarding contracts for the acquisition of public relations, publicity, advertising, communications, and other similar services.
